We have a Zero Tolerance for Online Fraud.
We know that fraud is a worry for buyers and sellers on the internet. We want you to have a pleasant and untroubled experience when shopping with us - so we have a rigorous policy to protect our customers and our business.
Credit card holder names and billing addresses are verified to reduce fraud. Anyone caught using a fraudulent credit card number or bank accounts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, it is a waste of time purchasing our products with a stolen credit card number sinmce we have the ability to discern a "real" order from a fraudulent order. This is done based on the unique anti-fraud software installed. As soon as a charge is reported as invalid or illegal, we will report all information returned to us through the anti-fraud program to the necessary authorities.
Our payment processors, Stripe, PayPal and OCBC Bank, are secure. Your payment information is maintained securely and your personal data is not shared with anyone. However, if you are concerned that a payment to The Fairtex Muay Thai Store is incorrect or has not been processed, please let us know immediately.
During the ordering and payment process we record the internet address (IP address) of the customer's computer. This is to facilitate evidence-gathering if and only if a transaction later proves to be fraudulent. The information is used for no other purpose.
We also verify the delivery address.

Free shipping in Singapore on all orders over $25 except FILLED punching bags, uppercut wall box and wholesale orders.
If you need to place a larger order, please contact us, we might be able to arrange better shipping quotes.
If your order is oversize, like for example a pair of large kickpads and a belly pad you might incur extra delivery charges. To avoid them better select "Pick up at the store" as the shipping option.
Delivery takes about 2 or 3 business days, depending on courier.
While we make every effort in sending your order as fast as possible, delays happens.
We can ship by DHL or FedEx if required, please contact us for details.
You can pick up your order at the store pretty much as soon as you placed it.
No need to call or email.
A full refund of the product paid will be made if the product is no longer in stock after making the payment. Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
We provide the best service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here. Sizing charts are provided to help our customers determine a fit that is comfortable. Our returns policy is designed to be simple and easy to understand so that our customers do not get confused with unnecessary jargon.
An exchange will be made if:
- The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
- The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered.
We allow exchange within 7 days ONLY after receiving the item.
For items which we have delivered to customer in the correct size and colour and the customer would like to make an exchange for another size / colour / design, there will be additional charges.
The customer is responsible for ALL return postage costs. All items must be returned to the following address by Registered mail:

We do not make exchanges under the following circumstances:
- If the item(s) have been used in anyway.
- If the item(s) have been damaged in anyway.
No returns for groin guards, gum shields, hand wraps and ankle supports unless they are sealed in the original package and have not be worn. This is due to consideration of hygiene.
For clearance, custom or close out items, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

You can place the order online or visit our retail shop at 31 Haji Lane, Singapore 189224.
To order online, browse the catalog, select the product model/size/color and click add to cart. To add more items, click continue shopping then select and add to cart more products.
When you're ready click checkout, input delivery and billing details, select payment method, click review order. Double check the details then click submit order.
You will receive an email with the order details.
While every effort is made to present each item on our website as accurately as possible, the images you see depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an identical representation of the actual colour of the item.
We make every effort to make sure that each item sold at The Fairtex Muay Thai Shop is manufactured to the highest quality and that the goods reach you in perfect conditions.
We do not provide installation services, however we strongly suggest you use https://www.kluje.com/ to find the right contractor for the job.
The bags do not come with carabiners, hooks, screws or chains (all these can be bought from any hardware shop). They do come with straps and metal triangles to be hooked on carabiners (look closely at the photos).
We do not provide filling services, nor we sell bag fillings, nor we know where to buy it. However, we do sell already filled bags.
We can ship filled punching bags for a fee, usually it's $60. We use 3rd party transportation services, contact us for more information.
We do not stock up insane numbers of filled punching bags, nor we stock up all the combinations for designs/colors/sizes. If you want something which is not in stock you have to pre-order it. Kindly send us a message through the contact form with the EXACT details of the item you wish to pre-order: SKU, color, size, link to the product page and we'll revert with the details.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FAIRTEX.SG KNOCKOUT GEAR GROUP PTE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGED TO ARISE UNDER THIS WARRANTY, OR ALLEGED TO BE OWED DUE TO ANY FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS, OR FROM ANY USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT DUE TO ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.

After placing the order make payment as soon as possible to secure the items. Orders pending for more than 1 business day will be cancelled. We will get in touch with you to review the order and plan for shipping.
Payment by PayNow or Bank transfer ONLY.
Delivery is Not included, you can arrange pick up at store or we can deliver for you. We are not responsible for any issues after the goods leave our premises.
